Contributing to 4-H makes sense!
As the largest youth development program in Nebraska, 4-H programs positively impact thousands of families in every urban, suburban, and rural community across the state.
Young people who are a part of 4-H have the opportunity to explore all types of science, health, and citizenship programming delivered through 4-H clubs and camps, as well as afterschool and in-school.
Here are just a few of the programs where your generous support makes a difference:
4-H Science programs reach thousands of youth with hands-on learning experiences to encourage young minds and help fill Nebraska’s shortage of young leaders proficient in science. Our science programs tackle important national and global issues such as climate change, workforce development, and technological innovation.
Healthy living has been a core part of 4-H since the beginning. By supporting the physical, mental, and emotional health of Nebraska’s youth, we help them lead healthy and productive lives into adulthood. Programs address such critical issues as childhood obesity, substance abuse, and physical safety.
4-H citizenship programs develop passionate, well-informed citizens who are involved in their communities and help foster positive social change. With our citizenship programs, youth learn how to lead, make decisions, and contribute to their communities from an early age.
